How do I book?
Simply choose your experience on our website, select your preferred date and time, and complete your booking online.

How do I redeem my voucher?
Select your chosen experience and enter your voucher code during checkout to redeem it. If you have 2 vouchers, you must make two separate bookings, but add in the notes section that you are together. We will ensure all parties are seated together.

Can I reschedule?
Yes. You can change your booking using the link in your confirmation email, subject to our booking terms.

Do vouchers expire?
Yes. Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Can I transfer my booking?
In most cases, yes. If you can't attend, please let us know before your booking and we'll be happy to advise.

I haven't received my confirmation email.
Please check your junk or spam folder first. If it's still missing, get in touch and we'll be happy to resend it.

Can non-drinkers attend?
Absolutely. Everyone is welcome, and we offer alcohol-free options across many of our experiences.

Do you have alcohol-free options?
Yes. We offer alcohol-free spritzes, mocktails and a range of soft drinks.

Can I bring someone who isn't taking part?
For some experiences, yes. Additional guest options are available when booking—please check the experience details for more information.

What should I wear?
Come as you are! We recommend comfortable, casual clothing that's suitable for a working distillery.

What if I'm running late?
Please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but some experiences need to start promptly.

Parking
Free on-site parking is available at our Frome venue. In Trowbridge, several public car parks are just a short walk away.

Accessibility
Both venues are accessible. Our private upstairs space in Frome is only accessible by stairs, but we're happy to relocate bookings downstairs wherever possible—just let us know in advance.

Can I leave my car overnight?
Yes, at our Frome venue. If you've enjoyed a few drinks, we'd much rather you leave your car and collect it the following day.

Are dogs welcome?
Yes! Well-behaved dogs are very welcome at both of our venues.

Do you host hen parties?
Absolutely! Our Gin School and tasting experiences are perfect for hen parties, birthdays and celebrations. Get in touch to start planning your event.

Do you host corporate events?
Yes. We regularly host team-building days, client events and corporate celebrations. We'd love to help create something bespoke for your team.

Can I book for a large group?
Of course. We welcome larger groups for all kinds of celebrations. Contact us and we'll help you find the best experience for your group.

Do you offer exclusive venue hire?
Yes. Both of our venues are available for private hire, subject to availability and minimum spend. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Can I visit without booking?
Yes. You're very welcome to visit our shops during opening hours to browse and shop. Drinks and experiences must be pre-booked.

Can I buy bottles after my experience?
Absolutely! Our shops are stocked with our full range of spirits, liqueurs, gifts and alcohol-free drinks for you to take home.
