Gin & Rum Making Schools

At Still Sisters, making great spirits is what we do… but this time, it’s your turn.

Join us for a hands-on experience where you’ll step into the world of distillation and create your own signature London Dry Gin or Rum. From the moment you arrive, we’ll get you settled in with a drink from our menu, before guiding you through our collection of botanicals, each with its own flavour and character. We’ll talk you through how it all comes together, what works, what surprises people, and how to build something that’s completely your own.

You’ll then take your place at your own 2.5-litre copper still, where you’ll spend around 3 hours crafting your gin from start to finish. Along the way, you can relax into the experience with a locally sourced cheese and charcuterie board, designed for sharing and grazing as you go. As well as another drink from our menu. By the end, you’ll have created something that’s entirely yours, and you’ll head home with a 70cl bottle of your very own spirit. Of course you will get a chance to try your creation, perhaps with a mixer and garnish of your choosing.

It’s creative, a little bit different, and a really good way to spend time together… whether you’re celebrating something special or just fancy trying something new. We’ll be right there with you throughout, sharing what we know, answering questions, and making sure you leave with something you’re proud of.
