From our business to yours

September for us is always hotly anticipated. The sun has all but disappeared, the days are getting shorter and darker and the kids have gone back to school. For most, they still can’t decide if a coat is needed when they leave the house (of course it is!) and if they can get away with one last BBQ before the summer really ends (rainy BBQs are the best anyway!). 

However, September is a very different story for our wholesale customers as…it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas for them already! 

Our secret weapons in nurturing fruitful wholesale and trade relationships are Kim and Carolyn, the dynamic duo steering our Business to Business Relationship Team.

Carolyn embodies the essence of exceptional customer service. She  joined the team in 2021 following a successful career in Sales & Marketing. "I was thrilled to join the company!  To sell products I am incredibly passionate about, is very exciting.” With a genuine passion for cultivating strong partnerships, Carolyn goes above and beyond to ensure our B2B partners have an unforgettable experience with us. Her deep understanding of our product range, coupled with her warmth and approachability, allows her to tailor unique solutions to meet each partner's needs. From bespoke labelling options to last minute collaborations, Carolyn works closely with our partners to create a truly exceptional gin experience.  

Kim is our newest team member, joining at the end of 2022. Kim brings a wealth of experience in customer care and operations. "I've spent 15 years working in customer service experience, working across multiple teams to find solutions and ensuring the customer is put at the heart of what I do. I work alongside our customers to really understand their business needs, find out what products would work best for them and guide them through the ordering process. I believe it’s the small touches and attention to details that always help in a customer journey and I love that Still Sisters value this so highly”. Kim is a brilliant addition to the team. Her keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills ensure that the wheels of our wholesale programme run smoothly. She’s bright, bubbly and a natural sales woman (without even realising it, Kim could easily sell you something you already own!) 

We know that behind every successful business lies a fantastic team driving growth, building connections, and ensuring top notch customer satisfaction is unquestionable. It is at the heart of everything we do at Still Sisters and we count ourselves blessed to have such a dedicated team by our side looking forward and celebrating our successes step by step. 

Just like a perfect gin and tonic, Kim and Carolyn's collaboration is the best mix between efficient operations and exceptional customer care and we are so lucky to have them driving the business to business team! 

We asked them both, if they could pick only one product which would it be? 

Carolyn kept it traditional - “Personally, I'm partial to a glass of Watercress Gin & Tonic with a simple slice of cucumber".

Kim on the other hand just couldn’t (and point blank refused!) pick just one product - “Rose and Hibiscus with pink lemonade is my personal favourite but I'm also partial to a glass of  Salted Caramel Rum just over ice! ".
